MARCY INTRODUCED JEFF HARR FROM THE MANAGER OF THE CARDIAC & PULMONARY REHAB PROGRAM WHICH WAS STARTED IN 1984 BY DR. TEPFER. JEFFREY HAS WORKED THERE FOR 20 YEARS AS THE MANAGER. THEY MONITOR THE EXERCISE THAT PATIENTS THAT ARE REHABILITATING ARE THERE TO DO & ALSO HAVE EDUCATION INFORMATION FOR THEM.
