Rob lead discussion on lunch location need and options.
A review of membership and guests for the summer versus winter members and guests time indicates that the Holiday Inn conference room capacity of 50 will not be enough going into this fall.
Several options have been reviewed for logistics and timing. VFW timing does not look right. the Retreat Farm looks like a possible alternative.
Question of parking in the winter was discussed - typically plowing is done to accommodate more cars when needed.
Heating in the winter question - large space, thinking is location will be heated adequately.
Rob did a price break down of having a new offering from the Co-op do catering, lunch cost would be $20.
Having Vermont Deli catering continue was suggested.
A question was raised if closet space would be available for permanent storage of Rotary items.
August 15 was optional start date at Retreat
Rob will review open questions with Retreat Farm.

ED NOTE: Weekly assignments for the invocation or motivational thought can be found on the club website.>
