Guest Speaker:
PROGRAM

Speaker: George Anthes introduced Peter Elwell and Libby Bennet from Groundworks,

Libby Bennett asked for this followup to the presentation.

I wanted to share this podcast for distribution to the Rotary Club membership:

“When you have an hour to listen, I can't recommend this episode of the Ezra Klein Show enough.  It is densely packed with a highly comprehensive look at the many complexities of systems failures, housing policies, myth busting, and a very clear set of circumstances that are true for California and mirror many of Vermont's challenges (among them: high housing costs and the myth that people move here because our social services are so great).

You can listen to this episode of “The Ezra Klein Show” on: AppleSpotifyAmazon MusicGoogle or wherever you get your podcasts.”
